This one is pretty typical. Honest and straight to the point...
Kris –
Just wanted to tell you I got it last week and installed
it. IT IS AWESOME. I am very pleased.
Thank you.
Next up is a true student of draft beer...
I installed your tap today in Richardson, Texas. I
suspect it is the first in the Lone Star State. That the
results were spectacular would be an understatement. My
background in Physics gives me an appreciation of the pressure
and temperature imperatives of the system. They were critical.
Six degrees down and two pounds up and “viola”, a
perfect Anchor 2005 Christmas Ale.
This is all the guy wrote. I took it to mean that he is satisified....
in the words of the great johnny carson - great stuff –
This guy is going to look at draft beer differently in the future....
Thanks again. It is amazing how well they work, they could
just about sell themselves. I went to a restaurant last week,
and had to wait 5-10 minutes for 4-5 inches of head to settle..
Just wanted to say thanks..
Chris
It's not just men ordering TurboTaps. In fact, one woman really
wanted me to know the details....
Hello to the Beer Engineer!
Just a friendly update on how the Christmas gift was received
by husband...
He obviously didn't hear about the Turbo Tapper but as he opened
his gift on Christmas Eve and was wondering what it was, son-in-law
was telling him that he heard that all over Europe, a similar
device is being used for pouring beer. I'm just hoping that the
device is yours from America since I love seeing American ingenuity
reign over anything European.
The Turbo Tap is now installed and pouring perfect beer. We use
the frig tapper much more in the summer months than the winter
(as you can imagine) and most likely would not have replaced
the keg until after winter before Turbo Tap arrived on the scene.
Husband Tom takes all of your instructions very seriously
about temperature etc. (I usually refer to that quality as anal)
However in this case, he has my deepest respect for carrying out
the rules to the letter. What beer and "gas" was left,
was still pouring perfect glasses.
Best wishes for a great and profitable New Year.
Regards,
Pat
Here is someone who ordered the wrong kit at first, waited patiently
for the correct one, and apparently likes it. The funniest part
of this one is the post-script....
Kris,
I've since installed my tower kit, got a new keg, and made sure
the temp is good. I now have wonderfully non-foamy beer
flowing and I love my TurboTap.
As for the other kit, it's sitting on my desk awaiting a UPS label
as a PDF you mentioned in your last email. (I've included
it below.)
Regards,
JohnE
BTW, "I don't care how much you paid for this, it's totally
worth it!"

They keep getting funnnier....
The tap worked outstanding this weekend! Thanks again
for that new shank. Haha, people were quite amazed, I felt
like a proud father showing it off to everyone!
Make sure and stay in touch.
Thanks again,
Bobby
If your still reading at this point, you must have some time on
your hands. With hundreds of home user kits going out the door,
one is bound to have a problem. I was pretty worried about this
one (people addressing me as "Sir" are generally bearing
bad news) until I got to the end that is...
Dear Sir,
I purchased the home version of the turbo tap for my keg cooler.
It installed fine. I left to go shopping and when I came
back there was water all over the floor; so I thought. After
investigating found that it was actually beer. After a search
discovered that the shank to the faucet connection was not good;
copper to stainless steel? It was leaking where the copper
shank goes into the faucet. So, I removed your shank and
faucet and replaced it with my original. I would like to
get a replacement shank and faucet so that I can go back to your
original setup. Would you like me to send you back the original
shank and faucet? I think it should be at your cost since
the weld and/or solder (not sure which) was faulty.
Thanks
Chris
PS: love the Turbo Tap......
Some people are fans, some true believers. This is one of many
who were ready to change careers after a few TurboTap beers...
I started reducing the pressure until I got good draws with
1/2 inch of foam. Now the only time I have a problem is the first
draw of the day. Seems as though the faucet burps out an initial
bit of foam that wants to grow. All draws after that are perfect!
I hope you realize I am not complaining, I think your product
is great!
By the way, the shirt arrived and it fits perfectly. Thanks again.
I don't suppose you need an outside sale representative down here
in the Louisiana-East Texas-Southwest Arkansas area do you? I
would certainly be interested if the circumstances were right.
